DELIVERY

All orders will be delivered in Norwich City Football Club branded packaging, however larger items/orders may not.

How long will my delivery take?

We are unable to dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays. For postal orders, allow a minimum of 14 full working days after placing an order for this to be processed and dispatched. This however may not always be possible during busy periods such as christmas, sales, when receiving high volume of orders and during the launch of a new kit.

Other factors include:

  • Pre-orders - Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched according to the expected time/date specified on the website. Please note these expected delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to potential delays.
  • Shirt printing - Shirts requiring personalisation may take an additional 3 working days before they are ready to be dispatched
  • Problem found when processing an order - We may need to contact you regarding your order before being able to dispatch this. In this unlikely event, will aim to contact you as soon as possible either via phone/email, and strive to efficiently resolve any queries so we are able to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

What UK delivery options are available?

We are unable to dispatch any orders on the weekends or bank holidays.

If your order exceeds Royal Mail’s sizing restrictions, this may be dispatched in numerous parcels that are in line with their restrictions.

3-5 working days delivery from date of dispatch. This IS NOT a guaranteed service, however an expected timeframe. Orders placed on this service are sent tracked and DO NOT require a signature upon receipt.

Allow 5 working days from the time the order leaves our warehouse for delivery (you will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse).

After placing an order with us, please note that a confirmation email advising of your order details will be sent automatically. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will also receive one of the following:

Orders placed for postage: You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched, which includes tracking information with Royal Mail for the parcel(s)

What happens if I am not in when my order is delivered?

If delivery is attempted and you are not in to receive this/it is too large to fit through your letter box, a ‘something for you card’ will be left. This card will explain why Royal Mail have been unable to deliver, and will tell you how to arrange redelivery or where your parcel is able to be collected from.

If you fail to arrange redelivery/collect your parcel from Royal Mails delivery office within 18 days from the attempted delivery date, the parcel will be returned back to us. In the event your parcel is returned back to us, we will refund the cost of your items to the payment method used to place the order. The delivery charge will not be refunded and you will need to place a new order online if you wish to receive items. If the items purchased are unable to be returned in line with our returns policy, we will contact you to take payment over the phone for re-delivery.

What happens if my order does not arrive by the delivery times?

In the unlikely event your order arrives later than expected, please contact our Mail Order team on 01603 721902 (Option 5: Retail, then Option 1: Mail order) or mailorder@canaries.co.uk with your order reference number in order for this to be investigated.

To determine the delivery time and therefore if the parcel has arrived later than expected, Royal Mail’s digital records will be consulted and will not be disputed.

UK Standard - A full postal refund (£5.00) will be provided in the extremely unlikely event that your parcel arrives 10 or more working days following the date of dispatch. Any parcels that take 9 working days or less to reach the destination from the date of dispatch will not qualify for a full or partial refund.

Can we deliver overseas?

Yes we can dispatch orders overseas. All international orders are dispatched using Royal Mail on a standard tracked international delivery service and then transferred to your local postal company for delivery. 

Overseas delivery update: We are still able to dispatch overseas orders at this time, however please be advised that due to the impact of COVID-19 many countries around the world have implemented special measures in which delays for delivery to take place are to be expected. We would advise for you visit Royal Mail’s website and check their International incident bulletin prior to ordering with us, in order to receive the most up to date information regarding overseas shipping to your desired country.

If your order exceeds Royal Mail’s sizing restrictions, this may be dispatched in numerous parcels that are in line with their restrictions. Due to postal restrictions, we are unable to ship some products outside the UK. Products of this nature will appear with a “UK Delivery Only” flag on the product page. 

We are unable to dispatch any orders on the weekends or bank holidays.

These delivery time frames are not guaranteed and are expected delivery dates which are subject to customs delays – especially during busy periods of the year. We are unable to influence any customs procedures.

Any customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please allow 30 working days from dispatch for delivery of your order before contacting our mail order team.

What should I do if my overseas order does not arrive?

Once your order has been dispatched, it it fails to reach you within the times quoted above please contact our Mail Order department on 01603 721902 (Option 5: Retail, then Option 1: Mail order) or mailorder@canaries.co.uk who will be happy to assist you.

If when delivery is attempted you are not in to accept this or this is not able to be delivered/unclaimed and therefore subsequently returned to us, once received we will refund the cost of your items to the card used to place the order. The delivery charge will not be refunded and you will need to place a new order online if you wish to receive items. If the items purchased are unable to be returned in line with our returns policy, we will contact you to take payment over the phone for re-delivery.

Undelivered Items

In the extremely unlikely event Royal Mail fail to deliver an order to you, please report this to us by no later than 30 working days from the date in which the order was placed. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders after this time.

Delivering to PO Boxes

Sorry, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
